Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Generate leads and qualify prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present and sell our core IT services, including Website Development, Digital Marketing, Custom Application Development, Mobile Apps, and E-commerce Stores.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru to find and engage with potential clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in IT sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates with an MBA in Sales and Marketing are strongly encouraged to apply, even if they are freshers.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and our core services.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru would be a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
